Incorporated in 2003, and being rebranded and taking its current structure in 2019, Oakshire currently has two broad main activities, both of which are focused on the Southeast Asia countries;

I. Proprietary Investment

Oakshire does not offer investment services to external investors, but has executed and closed numerous investments and provided alternative exits and sources of liquidity to its counterparts.  

II. Advisory

Oakshire works with either the ‘buy-side’ or the ‘sell-side’ in mergers, acquisitions, as well as fundraise exercise.
